Refund & Exchange

We offer return and exchanges for different sizes; however, all additional shipping expenses (return and new shipping label) must be covered by the customer. Items must be returned within two weeks of receipt, and we encourage verifying size information carefully to minimize errors. Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged; items damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Returns are not accepted after the two-week period.

Cancellations

All sales/orders are final once they are processed in our system. We do not issue any sort of cancellation.

However, orders can be corrected if an error was made while placing your order if you contact us in time before the order is mailed out. See info below to learn more about incorrect information inputs.

Incorrect Information When Ordering

If you notice you put in the wrong ring size (or delivery address) before your order's status is updated to "in transit", please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the changes before the order is shipped out! If you do not contact us in time, there is nothing we can do to prevent the order from being delivered because the package is no longer in our possession. You will have to contact us for a exchange upon receiving your package. See info above to learn more about exchanges.

In some circumstances where the package is unable to forward to recipient for whatever reason (invalid destination, recipient moved locations, etc.), Canada Post will usually return the package to us. Please contact us if your tracking information says "returned to sender" and we can resend it - BUT all additional postage fees are to be covered by buyer/recipient. 

Item Arrived Damaged or Lost Mail 

Although all orders are sent in protective packaging, sometimes the item can be damaged due to Canada Post handling while in transit. If your order arrived damaged or the tracking indicates "Delivered" but you did not received your package please contact us and we will address the situation from there.
