Method 1: Using a Ring You Already Own

  1. Select a Well-Fitting Ring: Choose a ring that fits comfortably on the finger you intend to wear the new ring.
  2. Measure the Inside Diameter:
    • Place the ring on a ruler.
    • Measure the internal diameter in millimeters (mm).
  3. Find Your Size: Refer to the chart above to determine your ring size.

Method 2: Measuring Your Finger

  1. Prepare a Strip: Cut a thin strip of paper or use a non-stretchy string.
  2. Wrap Around Your Finger: Wrap it around the base of your finger, ensuring it's snug but not tight.
  3. Mark and Measure:
    • Mark where the ends meet.
    • Lay the strip flat and measure the length in millimeters (mm); this is your finger's circumference.
  4. Find Your Size: Refer to the chart above to determine your ring size.
