If your item arrives damaged, no worries, we’re here to help. You can request a store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
Size Exchange policy
Need a different size? We’re happy to offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Just make sure the item is in perfect condition and note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking our size guide before ordering to help find your best fit.
Cancellations
Once processed, all sales/orders are final, and cancellations are not permitted. If an error occurred during your order placement, please contact us before your order ships to correct details.
Incorrect Information When Ordering
If you entered an incorrect size or address, please notify us before the order status updates to “in transit” so we can make adjustments before shipping. If you do not notify us in time, we cannot intercept the package once it’s in transit. For exchanges, please refer to the guidelines above.
If Canada Post is unable to deliver due to an invalid address or recipient relocation, your package may be returned to us. If your tracking shows “returned to sender,” contact us, and we’ll resend it, though all additional postage fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Items
We take care to package orders safely, but if an item arrives damaged or marked "Delivered" but is missing, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
