Return & Exchange Policy

We offer return and exchanges for different sizes; however, all additional shipping expenses (return and new shipping label) must be covered by the customer. Items must be returned within two weeks of receipt, and we encourage verifying size information carefully to minimize errors. Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged; items damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Returns are not accepted after the two-week period.

Cancellations

Once processed, all sales/orders are final, and cancellations are not permitted. If an error occurred during your order placement, please contact us before your order ships to correct details.

Incorrect Information When Ordering

If you entered an incorrect size or address, please notify us before the order status updates to “in transit” so we can make adjustments before shipping. If you do not notify us in time, we cannot intercept the package once it’s in transit. For exchanges, please refer to the guidelines above.

If Canada Post is unable to deliver due to an invalid address or recipient relocation, your package may be returned to us. If your tracking shows “returned to sender,” contact us, and we’ll resend it, though all additional postage fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Items

We take care to package orders safely, but if an item arrives damaged or marked "Delivered" but is missing, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
